We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to access HAUM Online. To register or upload content, you must be 18 years or older. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable local laws.
Access & Content
Enjoy 24/7 unlimited access to a growing library of yoga classes.
New content is added weekly.
Membership includes access to our exclusive community portal for members only.
7-Day Free Trial
New users receive unlimited access for 7 days, free of charge. At the end of the trial, your membership will auto-renew to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions & Billing
Memberships are offered on a subscription or rental basis.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Payment plans may change at our discretion.
You agree to maintain accurate billing details and ensure timely payments via your account settings.
Manage Your Subscription
To cancel, pause, or modify your subscription:
Log into your account.
Click your Profile (top right corner) > Purchases.
Select End Membership to pause or cancel.
To change plans, click Manage Plan.
To update billing info, click Change Payment Method.
HAUM Online Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
Requests must include a reason for the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
Services or content already accessed may not be eligible for a full refund.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and cannot be prorated or converted to monthly.
User Conduct
Please engage respectfully and lawfully. The following are prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour.
Spamming, promotion of irrelevant content, or sharing inappropriate links.
Unauthorised access, use of bots, or interference with our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
User Information & Privacy
You are responsible for the accuracy of your personal information. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or relevant laws
Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Licence of Use
HAUM Online grants a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Services. Any resale, redistribution, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.
